Terms of Service

By creating an account or using NearPro, operated by NearPro Services LLC (“NearPro,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

NearPro is a marketplace connecting neighbors in the Houston, TX area with independent local service professionals (“Pros”) offering mobile car washing, power washing, window cleaning, pool cleaning, and pest control. NearPro facilitates bookings and payments but does not itself perform the services.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to use NearPro.

Pros are independent contractors, not employees of NearPro. Pros are responsible for holding any required licenses or insurance for the services they offer. NearPro reviews applications but does not guarantee the work of any Pro. NearPro reserves the right to approve, suspend, or remove any Pro from the platform at its discretion.

When a neighbor books a service, payment is authorized at booking and held until the neighbor confirms the job is complete, at which point it is released to the Pro, less any applicable platform commission. Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact info@nearpro.us for assistance.

NearPro charges Pros a platform commission on completed bookings. Commission rates may vary and can decrease over time for Pros in good standing, starting as low as 0%, at NearPro's discretion.

You agree not to use NearPro for unlawful purposes, to circumvent the platform to avoid fees, or to harass, discriminate against, or endanger other users.

If a dispute arises between a neighbor and a Pro regarding a booking, NearPro may assist in mediating but is not obligated to resolve disputes between independent parties. Contact info@nearpro.us to report an issue.

NearPro is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, NearPro Services LLC is not liable for damages arising from services performed by Pros, who are independent contractors, nor for indirect or consequential damages related to use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to NearPro at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NearPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
