How fast can I get a pro for window cleaning?+

Are your window cleaning pros insured?+
Yes. Every pro is required to carry $300,000–$500,000 in general liability insurance depending on the service, with NearPro named as additional insured — verified from their actual certificate of insurance, not just self-reported.
How does payment work?+
Your card is authorized once a pro accepts your job — not charged yet. Payment is automatically captured and released to your pro the moment they mark the job complete, which requires them to upload an after-photo first. You then have 24 hours to flag anything before it's final.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?+
Contact us within 24 hours of completion. We'll review the before-and-after photos and any messages from the job, then make a decision within 48 hours — you're refunded if the work was genuinely unsatisfactory.
Is there a contract, or can I set up regular window cleaning?+
Every booking is one-time by default, no contract required. If you'd rather keep your windows on a schedule, you can also set up recurring service (weekly or monthly) with a locked-in price — cancel anytime.
